Front - desk & Luggage

Curfew: 00h30 (but keys of entrance are available)

You can arrive at anytime between 07h00 and 00h30. Check-in after 00h30 will be charged 500Yen per extra 1/2 hour. Let us know in advance if you think you might arrive late, Luggage can be stored free of charge before and after your stay daytime.
Overnight storage is 75 Yen per night per bag

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours cancelation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you cancelation fee as shown below:

♦ 50% of your first night will be charged if you cancel your booking between 48hrs and 24hrs prior to the arrival date.

♦ 100% of your first night will be charged if you cancel on the day of arrival or do not show up without noticing us.

For bookings of more than 4 rooms and/or more than 8 persons and/or more than 4 nights,the cancellation notice requested is 4 days prior to arrival.
